General (Ret.) John G. Coburn

The CEO of VT Systems, General John Coburn retired from the United States Army in 2001 after 39 years of service. His last assignment was as Commanding General, U.S. Army Materiel Command (AMC), one of the largest commands in the Army with almost 50,000 employees and with activities in more than 42 states and 28 foreign countries.

General Coburn is a distinguished military graduate of Eastern Michigan University, where he was commissioned as a second lieutenant of Infantry. He has served in various logistics assignments throughout his career, to include Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics (U.S. Army), Deputy Commanding General (AMC), and Commanding General (U.S. Army Ordnance Center and School). He is a graduate of the Industrial College of the Armed Forces in Fort McNair, Washington, DC.

In addition to his military achievements, Gen. Coburn possesses a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri and is licensed to practice law before the Supreme Court, State of Michigan; Supreme Court, State of Kentucky; District of Columbia Court of Appeals; the United States Court of Military Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States.

James F. Amos

General (Ret.) James Amos is the most recent addition to the VT Systems board of directors, joining in April 2017. He served as the 35th Commandant of the U.S. Marine Corps, retiring on December 1, 2014 after 42 years of active service.

Vincent Chong
Director

Mr. Vincent Chong is the President and CEO of ST Engineering, parent company to VT Systems. Before he assumed this role in October 2016, Mr. Chong was President and CEO (Designate) responsible for the Group’s four business sectors and the corporate functions.

Paul "Page" Hoeper
Director

As a Corporate Director of the VT Systems board, Mr. Paul "Page" Hoeper helps to set the strategic direction of the company and assists on key projects. Mr. Hoeper has previously served as Assistant Secretary of the Army, where his various duties included developing and overseeing the logistics policy for the Army as implemented by the various military commands.

Harold J. Raveché
Director

Dr. Harold “Hal” Raveché is the Founding President of Innovation Strategies International, LLC with projects in Asia, Latin America, and India. In addition to serving as on the board of directors for VT Systems, he served as the 6th President of Stevens Institute of Technology in New Jersey.

Michael W. Wynne
Director

Prior to his role on the VT Systems board of directors, Mr. Michael Wynne served as the 21st Secretary of the Air Force, where he was responsible for the affairs of the Department of the Air Force and ensuring the Air Force could meet its current and future operational requirements.
