Alexandria, Va. June 3, 2019 – VT Miltope, headquartered in Hope Hull, AL and a company of VT Systems, today announced that its President and CEO,  Brig. Gen. John (Jack) Haley (Retired U.S. Army), has been inducted into the US Army Ordnance Corps’ Hall of Fame. Established in 1969, the Ordnance Corps Hall of Fame recognizes and memorializes persons who have made a positive, significant contribution to the U.S. Army Ordnance Corps.

“Jack is truly deserving of this honor,” said Tom Vecchiolla, CEO of VT Systems. “He had a truly distinguished Army career where he made lasting contributions to the Army.  He continues to support our warfighters by providing critical capabilities in his current position leading VT Miltope.”

Prior to joining VT Miltope, Haley completed a distinguished Army career, including two deployments to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Haley also served as the 38th Chief of Ordnance, and the Commanding General 593rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary). He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Chemistry and a Master’s Degree in National Security and Strategic Studies.
